Baptism

BAPTISMS
1). Parents are invited to come to a preparation meeting usually held on the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30 - 8:30 pm at the parish center in Kimberly.
2). The meeting covers the theology, history and meaning of baptism, the choice and role of sponsors, the ritual of baptism during Mass and meaning of symbols.
3). Ideas are shared for raising children as baptized Christians.
4). Baptism, as initiation into community is celebrated during Mass.
