Pastoral Care Committee

Plans and facilitates parish response to those in need of help.  Welcomes new members, offers spiritual opportunities, does homebound remembrances, provides for Anointing of the Sick, All Souls Vespers, and supports people in times of loss.

Care Minister

A companion to someone who needs support during difficult times.  A training course teaches compassionate presence, listening skills, grief and mourning, separation and loss. 

Visitation in Hospitals and in Health Facilities

Visit parishioners in hospitals on a daily basis.  Visit parishioners in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Communion to the Homebound

Bring Communion to usually one homebound person once a week.

Support in Loss

Serve Mass, read, give communion, sing, and/or help with dinners.

Manna Ministry

Provides meals to our parish families who have just welcomed home a new baby or to families who are in stressful situations such as when spouses or children are seriously ill, injured or hospitalized.
