Submit a Prayer Request – Use the Prayer request form or contact the Parish Office at (920) 788-7640.

You are invited to submit your prayer requests. Your requests will be forwarded to the prayer coordinators. One sentence stating what you would like us to pray for is all you need to include. It is not necessary to go into detail about relations, specific medical terminology, and so on. Please note that last names will not be used. 

We reserve the right to edit requests when their content requires it. Not all prayer requests will be posted due to content and format. Your prayer requests will also be sent to parishioners that have agreed to pray for your prayer requests on a daily basis for two weeks.  Please write us again when they have an update to share or to request a new prayer after two weeks.  Thank you.  You are in our prayers!
