God is Deeply in Love with Us!
Our world is hurting. We all need healing, yet many of us are separated from the very source of our strength.
The Holy Spirit is inviting the Church in the United States into a season of profound renewal. In response to this invitation, the bishops of the United States have called for a three-year iniative: the National Eucharistic Revival (NEP). The Revival is a grass roots movement to rekindle a living faith in the hearts of Catholics across America. Through impacful encounters at the local and national levels, we are being sent out to share our Eucharistic faith with the world. We know what happens when two or more are gathered in the Lord's name - but what happens when tens of thousands are gathered in His name?
Throughout the NEP, local communities are gathering tinder in response to God's invitation for renewal, calling on the Holy Spirit to bring the flame.
In keeping with this vision, the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage will accompany Jesus from city to city from East, West, North, and South of the the United States, lighting hearts on fire along the way. Then, at the National Eucharistic Congress in July 2024, all these flames will blaze together.

Our Lady of Champion is the Patroness of the Northern Marian Route of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage (NEP) and is a beautiful opportunity to journey with Jesus alongside the Blessed Virgin Mary, who was the first person to pilgrimage with Jesus in her own womb.
Departing from the headwaters of the Mississippi, the northern arm of the Pilgrimage will descend through the midwestern United States, pass through Wisconsin (including a day at the Champion Shrine) and Illinois, and meet up with the other three pilgrimage rountes at the Congress in Indianapolis.
Join us at Champion Shrine on June 16 as we welcome Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament and the perpetual pilgrims who began the pilgrimage at the Headwaters of the Mississippi. Mass begins at 2:00 p.m. with a large 1.7-mile-long Eucharistic Procession around the Shrine and the roads around the Shrine. After the procession, light desserts and beverages will be served to celebrate the day.
