To register your household, please take a few minutes to complete the registration form below. Note that this form requires the head of household, and if married, your spouse, to complete the first two sections. If there are children in the household (including those currently attending college) please complete the children's information section for each of your children. The number of sections you need to complete will automatically populate based on your entry in the “Number of Children” field. Young adults who have completed college and living at home as well as other adults in your household - parents, other relatives, or other adults—must register separately to be considered a member of Holy Spirit Parish.
Once the form is submitted, someone from the parish will be contacting by phone or email to confirm your registration information. Please allow approximately one week for a response. For immediate questions, please call the parish office at (920) 788-7640.
Selecting Financial Contribution Method
All registered members of the parish are assigned a family number even if you are unable to contribute anything at this time. Once your registration form is received, you will be notified of your number and confirmation of your contribution method. This number is uniquely yours and is used to identify your contributions regardless of which method you may use. Please use this number anytime you wish to contribute financially to the parish. Please review your options here. Your final selection is to be marked in the online registration form below.
Automated payments are the most convenient method for parishioners. If you prefer to give to Holy Spirit Parish on a monthly or weekly basis directly from your checking or savings account, please complete an Automatic Withdrawal Form (link to the left) and drop it off at the Parish Center with a voided check.
Online bill pay can be coordinated with Holy Spirit Parish through your bank. Please contact your banking institution for more details on this payment arrangement.
Personalized church envelopes can be ordered for you every other month. Please note, initial orders take up to two months to receive. In the meantime, blank envelopes should be available at the parish center or at the church entrances.
Other. Sometimes families choose to contribute once a year to coincide with the end of the year, tax return, etc. Please check this box, and indicate how you plan to contribute.
There are several reasons why you may not be able to give to your church. You may be going through financial hardship, or even growing in your faith and not sure why or how to give to your church. This is OK, and we welcome an opportunity to support you as you walk this particular path you’re on.
